Eric holds an Associates degree in Real Estate.  Eric is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, state certified residential appraiser and holds the ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative) designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors.  Eric is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, FHA approved, and is on the Department of Veteran Affairs Fee Panel of Appraisers.  Eric is a native Texan that has worked in Real Estate for over 14 years. With an extensive background in Real Estate valuation & sales, he is dedicated to providing clients with tools & information necessary to get the most out of their Real Estate endeavors. He lives in Katy, Texas with his wife and two children. Eric is dedicated to serving each individual with honesty and integrity.
